We don't hold the domains. Sedo does.

Every listing on this site is a live, for-sale .com on Sedo's marketplace — the largest aftermarket platform in the world. You can verify any domain on Sedo directly before paying. Once your crypto invoice clears, our team purchases it on Sedo's escrow in fiat and pushes the transfer to your registrar.

  • Partner ID 336308

Registered Sedo partner. Every domain link on the site round-trips to Sedo's official listing.

  • OxaPay escrow

Crypto payments are held by OxaPay until our team confirms the Sedo purchase. Refunds are automatic if the domain becomes unavailable.

  • On-chain settlement

BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and XMR. No card processor, no payment gateway between you and the domain.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

If the answer's not here, email hello@vaultdom.com — a human replies.

  • 01Can I really buy a premium .com domain with Bitcoin?

Yes — and we're the only marketplace where you can. Sedo, Afternic, Dan.com, GoDaddy Auctions, Atom, HugeDomains and every other major aftermarket platform accept only cards, wires or PayPal. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and Monero, and act as a broker: you pay us in crypto, we acquire the domain on Sedo in fiat, then push the transfer to your registrar within 24 hours.

  • 02Why doesn't Sedo (or GoDaddy, Afternic, Dan) accept crypto directly?

Compliance and chargeback exposure. Aftermarket sales are high-ticket ($500–$50,000+) and the existing platforms have built their fraud-ops around card flows with KYC tied to the buyer. Adding crypto means new compliance work plus losing the chargeback safety net. So the gap stays open — and we fill it as a registered Sedo partner (ID 336308).

  • 03Is buying a domain with Monero anonymous?

On the crypto-payment side, yes. We never ask for your name, ID or address — only the destination registrar where the domain should land. Monero gives you on-chain unlinkability between the wallet that paid us and any prior transaction. To stay anonymous downstream, register at a privacy-friendly registrar (Njalla, OrangeWebsite) and avoid linking the domain to identifiable services.

  • 04How fast does the domain transfer after my BTC payment confirms?

Typically 6–24 hours end-to-end. Bitcoin confirms in ~10 minutes (1 block). Once OxaPay reports the payment, our admin gets pinged via Telegram, opens the Sedo listing and purchases at the BIN within 1–2 business hours. Sedo's escrow then takes 2–6 hours to complete the registrant change. We push the EPP/auth code or initiate the inter-registrar transfer immediately.

  • 05What happens if Sedo refuses or the domain becomes unavailable after I paid in crypto?

Full refund within 24 hours, paid back to the wallet you used (or to a refund address you provide), plus 10% credit on your next order. This is rare — we re-verify Sedo listings hourly — but seller withdrawals do happen. The refund is automatic via OxaPay; no chargeback theatre, no support ticket loop.

  • 06Do you do KYC or ID verification on crypto buyers?

No. The only data we need is the email for the receipt and the destination registrar. Pay in Monero if you want full on-chain privacy. OxaPay may apply their own velocity-based checks above certain volumes — that's between you and them. Nothing leaves our system to a card processor or government registry.

  • 07Why is your price 20% below Sedo's listed price?

It's a launch loss-leader. We absorb the 20% spread as customer acquisition cost — cheaper for us than paid ads. We pay Sedo's full BIN in fiat from our card, then settle with you in crypto at the discounted rate. Once volume scales we'll move to a flat markup; early customers stay grandfathered into preferred pricing.

  • 08Which registrars can receive a domain transferred from vaultdom?

Any ICANN-accredited registrar accepting inbound transfers — Namecheap, Dynadot, Cloudflare Registrar, Porkbun, GoDaddy, NameSilo, Njalla, Gandi, OVH, and dozens more. Sedo's escrow either pushes directly to the registrar or sends an EPP/auth code by email. You confirm the incoming transfer at your registrar — that's the only manual step on your side.
